Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms aim to establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KITIM (hereinafter "the Institute") and users regarding the use of services provided by the Institute.
Article 2 (Service Content)
The Institute provides services including government program consulting, R&D project planning, corporate certification consulting, and management consulting.
Article 3 (Service Usage)
Users may use services according to the procedures established by the Institute and must comply with relevant laws and these terms when using services.
Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)
The Institute shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or war.
Article 5 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute related to these terms, the court having jurisdiction over the Institute's location shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
